Privacy
Short version: we count visits if you say yes.
This is a free fan site. It collects as little as it can, and nothing is sold or used for ads.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they come from (country, referring site) and what device and browser they use. It also counts a few actions: signing up for updates, sending feedback, and clicking through to our Discord, YouTube or GitHub.
Nothing loads until you choose. The Google Analytics script is only fetched after you press Accept on the cookie bar. If you press Decline, or ignore the bar, no request goes to Google and no analytics cookies are set. Advertising features are switched off either way: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are always denied.
Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage, key uar-consent), not on our side. You can change it any time:
If you accept, Google sets its usual _ga cookies and processes the data under Google's privacy policy. Data is kept for Google Analytics' default retention period.
Email updates
If you sign up for updates, your email address is stored in a mailing list at our email provider, Resend. We use it only to send UA Reforged news, and every email will have an unsubscribe link. Ask us to remove it at any time.
Feedback
Feedback you send through the contribute page is stored privately (in Cloudflare storage, not public) with the topic, your message, the email address if you chose to add one, your country (from the connection, not your exact location) and your browser type. It's read by the team and used to improve the project.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and stop abuse.
Contact
The site is run by Amelia Aura. For anything about your data, including deleting it, use the feedback form or ask on our Discord.
