The game got its new name. 46 hard-coded numbers from the 1998 enemy commander became tunable, a sector influence map now steers where the AI attacks and defends, and radio chatter arrived in the game's own message ticker (84 hand-written lines). The original 0.5 build was frozen and kept safe beside it.
