Rework rounds 2 and 3: yellow veins, living arcs, a whiter host station

Aliens got back the yellow and whitish glow of the originals, with a faint blue tint on some white parts ('perfect'). The electric blue around them now moves and flickers in game. The Resistance host station got white plates, painted stripes and a dish you can see. Buildings got a proper sun side and window glints.
